About the Event

In our 8 weeks together, you will learn the fundamentals of mindful meditation and how to transform stress reactivity in your day-to-day life. If you have an existing meditation practice, you will find opportunities to deepen your practice and your commitment.

Class 2: April 1, 2020

Class 3: April 8, 2020

Class 4: April 15, 2020

Class 5: April 22, 2020

Class 6: April 29, 2020

Class 7: May 6, 2020

Class 8: May 13, 2020

PLUS the All-Day Retreat: Saturday, May 2, 2020 9:00 – 4:00

Next Steps

Following your registration, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to a registration form which you will need to complete prior to the first class. After she receives it, Marnee will schedule a phone consultation to review your form with you.

Refund Policy

Please plan to attend the course Orientation/Free Introduction for a thorough overview of what to expect. Once the course has begun in session #1, refunds will not be provided. However, if by class #2, you find there is a conflict with your schedule, we will hold your registration fee for a future course date. After class #2, no refunds or holdovers will occur.
