From January 26th - February 22nd
Marnee will be hosting a 45-minute Mindfulness Meditation sit once a week on Saturday and Sunday mornings.
During our time together you will:
- receive instruction on how to sit and meditate effectively.
- be guided through a 30-minute meditation focused on a theme for the week, each meditation will end with a period of silence.
- have the oppotunity to ask questions of Marnee about your meditation practice and integrating mindfulness into your daily life.
