3 paths to choose from:
Mindfulness cultivates your natural capacity to find greater balance, ease, and peace of mind.
Being mindful benefits your relationship with yourself, the expectations you have for your life and your career, and how you interact with others. The awareness you create can shift your entire life experience.
MBSR was developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts and has been extensively studied since the late 1970s. It is a standardized protocol of mind-body therapies that involves mindfulness meditation, education, and group support. It has been used as the protocol for hundreds of research studies that prove the efficacy of mindfulness for mental and physical well-being.

MBSR is highly respected within the medical community; used as a complement to traditional medical and psychological treatments. You’ll learn life-long tools that will help you maximize your life, even when facing stress, illness and pain.
