Sometimes, stress wears you down.
Life’s difficulties, emotional distress, poor health, and physical pain can overwhelm you. Your thoughts loop endlessly with regrets about your past and worries about the future. Everything gets impacted – your performance at work, conflicts in your relationships, your health and self-care, and your satisfaction with life.
You do what you can to manage it, but it often feels unavoidable and unchangeable. So, you numb yourself with distractions – the internet, television, food, intoxicants, shopping, overworking, etc. Whatever you try, doesn’t work for long, and you end up lost in a constant cycle of avoidance, pain, and ever-increasing stress.
This is normal.
We all struggle like this.
It’s part of being human.
The good news is that you can transform your experience. You can gain tools that help you respond to these experiences in a way that helps you find more ease, peace, and joy in your life.
Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an 8-week course that will give you those tools. MBSR has been widely used and researched for over 40 years.
The course includes:
Guidance in mindfulness meditation with time to practice
Easy, gentle stretching and yoga
Instruction on the cycle of stress reactivity and how to break it
Exercises to help you apply mindfulness to the difficult situations of daily life
Support in group discussions
"Marnee Weber's MBSR course gets to the heart of why you are stressed out and what you can do about it. If you can change your stress response, you can change your life."

"I would absolutely recommend Marnee Weber's MBSR course. Marnee is a very skilled facilitator of teaching content, guiding meditations, and eliciting awareness in each individual. I watched each of my fellow participants experience dramatic transformations during the course. Mostly, I loved being guided by Marnee in meditation. Her voice would guide me into a very deep state of mindful awareness every time. She's very professional. I always felt fully supported in class. She cares deeply about this work and her students. Her passion shows and is inspiring."
