If you've been debating if this is the right course or the right time for you, please consider this... I would love to join you in your journey of finding your path to inner peace and well-being. That's why I'm teaching this course. To be connected with you. To help you liberate yourself from the pain and struggle that hold you back from living as fulfilled and joyful as you wish to be.
On Monday night, while driving to the Introduction for the course, I drove through torrential rain, zero visibility, and hail to open the doors to a Center that was covered in sheets of water. When I couldn't see through my windshield, then parked under a tree in the hopes that my car wouldn't get damaged by hail, I considered my motivations. The challenges I faced in those moments, brought out a crystal clear truth inside of me - a knowing that I was passionate about sharing mindfulness with whomever else was braving the downpour at the same time to be with me.
With every ounce of my being, I wanted to be there for whomever was able to show up, be seen, and courageously uncover their own truth and the keys to their well-being. Despite the rain, that night I got to sit with 8 beautiful people on their own journeys to liberate themselves from their pain.
I believe that being liberated from pain comes by knowing and living from truth. Mindfulness connects us to our truth. It connects us to the truth of who we are and the truth of what the world is. Jon Kabat-Zinn teaches, "There is more right with you than wrong with you." There is also more right with the world than there is wrong with the world. Mindfulness teaches us to be connected to our bodies, our lives and our shared common humanity, to be compassionate and kind to ourselves and others, and to cultivate an ability to accept and let go of all that we cannot control.
Come spend the next 2 months with me; discovering your truth and how to connect to it every day of your life. And learning that when you do, your inner sense of good health, harmony, and wisdom will flourish.
