NEWS: KIDS EXPLAIN MINDFULNESS



Research has shown that when children learn mindfulness they learn how to regulate their emotions, focus their attention, be compassionate and empathize, and increase their ability to connect and communicate with peers and adults. When I teach children the exercises are fun, informative, and always relevant to their age and developmental levels.
